The New Home Sales Network was built out of a simple but persistent problem I saw firsthand: the people closest to new-home inventory, incentives, timelines, and real market shifts rarely have a direct, structured way to share that intelligence with the agents who need it most.

After years working inside the new-construction ecosystem, alongside builders, onsite sales teams, and real estate professionals, it became clear that deals weren’t falling apart because of lack of demand. They were falling apart because of disconnected information, late updates, and avoidable misalignment between buyers, agents, and builders.

This network exists to close that gap.

The New Home Sales Network is designed as a market-specific, practitioner-driven platform where real intelligence flows from the front lines, through live collaboration, direct builder connections, and structured training, so agents and brokerages can operate with clarity instead of guesswork.
