We’re starting in St. Lucie County and Martin County (Florida), building dense, hyper-local participation by enrolling both real estate agents and onsite new-home sales professionals. This allows us to deliver highly specific community updates, inventory insights, timelines, and incentives that simply don’t exist in broad, generic networks.

 

Expansion will then follow a proven path to:

Phase 3: Expanded Broward coverage

Phase 4: Miami-Dade County
